Course Description

This upgrading course is designed to prepare marine engineers for management-level responsibilities on board ships with propulsion power exceeding 3000 kW. The program is intended for officers seeking certification or promotion to the positions of Chief Engineer or Second Engineer Officer (First Engineer Officer), in accordance with international maritime regulations.

The course focuses on advanced technical knowledge and managerial competencies required for the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operation of modern ships.
