PAMEL is a Maritime Training Center approved by the Panama Maritime Authority, we have an ISO 9001:2015 Quality System, a Synchronous-Asynchronous Platform for Training and Certification which has been implemented due to the great national and international demand due to the fact that e-learning inspires the participation of the maritime – port and logistics community as well as inclusive learning environments through the use of emerging technologies which allows us to provide Education without borders.

Provide a Synchronous – Asynchronous Training and Certification service as a Maritime Training Center through the use of technology, innovation and high-quality dynamism to different national and international industries, guaranteeing efficiency, information security, research, updating, examination, staff assessment and certification through training and support services; through compliance with national and international guidelines, regulations and conventions.

Our purpose!
The purpose of PAMEL is to offer to administrations, institutes, universities in the maritime-port and logistics sector and their related personnel, in addition to all sailors and officers worldwide to train, update and certify, to complement the model courses of the International Maritime Organization through quality service and effectiveness of the training courses we provide. The program has an evaluation at the end of the course which is intended to present seafarers and port personnel with a “familiarization package” that is expected to “technically master the basic knowledge” through competency evaluation.
