5. Refresher Course of Passenger Ship Crisis Management and Human Behaviour Training

OBJECTIVES

The objective is to provide students with information to acquire the knowledge, understanding and competence necessary to achieve the objectives of the learning results to demonstrate their competence in passenger safety, cargo safety and hull integrity in accordance with Section A-V/2 paragraph 4 and Table V/2-2 of the STCW Code as amended.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

The participant shall have:

  • Hold a current medical certificate of good health.
  • Hold the four (4) certificates of courses for basic safety training.

The Training Course on Passenger Ship Crisis Management and Human Behavior Training, it belongs to the training requirements and instructions of staff to demonstrate their competence in passenger safety, safety of the load and integrity of the helmet, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation V/2, paragraph 8, Section A-V/2 paragraph 4 and Table V/2-2 of the STCW´78 Convention, as amended and its STCW Code, comprises 18.0 hours between theoretical and practical time.
