OBJECTIVES

The Use of Leadership and Managerial Skills Course is aimed at managing and training personnel on board as well as maritime conventions and recommendations for the development, implementation and monitoring of standard operating procedures, in accordance with the Regulations II/2, III/2, Sections A-II/2, A-III/2 and Tables A-II/2, A-III/2 of the STCW 1978 Convention, as amended and its STCW Code.
