OBJECTIVES
This course has as its objetive the to achieve the required level of competence that enables them to fulfill the functions assigned to them within the Port Facility Protection Plan, to contribute to the improvement of maritime security through a weighted awareness and the possibility of recognizing the threats to security and responding appropriately within a port facility.

This course provides:
This course includes the necessary training for those persons who have not been designated as port facility security officers, persons designated to act on behalf of the security awareness training for port facility personnel with designated security duties, or who are not required to comply with the provisions of the Chapter XI-2 of SOLAS, the ISPS Code and IMO MSC.1/Circ.1341, since they have not been designated with specific security functions.
