OBJECTIVES
This course has as its objetive is to provide students with information to acquire the knowledge, understanding and competence necessary to achieve the objectives of the learning results to demonstrate their competence in leadership and the importance of teamwork within a ship and apply this knowledge in managing the staff on board and different events that may arise to maintain an adequate working environment in accordance with Section A-II/1, A-III/1, A-III/6 and Table A-II/1, A-III/1, A-III/6 of the STCW Code as amended.

The Leadership and Teamwork Course is aimed at managing and training personnel on board as well as maritime conventions and recommendations for the development, implementation and monitoring of standard operating procedures, in accordance with Regulation II/1, III/1, III/6, Section A-II/1, A-III/1, A-III/6 and Table A-II/1, A-III/1, A-III/6 of the STCW 1978 Convention, as amended and its STCW Code.
