Most frequent questions and answers
You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing some of our products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.
1.Log into your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express;
2.Enter your card details and click “Submit”;
3.Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address;
NOTE:
Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.

1.Log into your Pamel E-learning S.A. account;
2.Select a delivery country and the Bank Transfer method;
3.Click «Place your order»;. You will be redirected to the Bank Transfer page;
4.Check your payment details and mark your payment reference Information;
5.Follow the payment flow instruction and pay.
6.You can check the order status in the user center and you will receive emails about the order status update.
Notes:
1. This payment method cannot be directly refunded, any refunded transaction will be credited to your Bank account or PayPal account.
2. We cannot refund directly to this payment method, if you request a refund, we suggest you refund to Bank account. refund is fast and has no additional fees. If you choose to send money via PayPal, the total refund amount will be less as you will need to pay all PayPal commission charges. PayPal charges commission according to your PayPal account rate.

- Credit Card: The credit card is a means of payment, which allows you to make purchases and cancel said value later. It is called «credit» because the amount you use when making the purchase corresponds to a revolving line of credit granted by the financial institution.
